The AnK athletes started exercising again at the Sanctuary Cove Gym Facility.
Currently, Australia has resumed weight training indoors again as previously all training had to be done outdoors due to the Corona Epidemic. Each exercise device is sterilized before and after exercise. Colin our head trainer re-measured the athletes with the In-Body Fat and Muscle Device and created fresh new personalized programs based on the collected data and focus on improving muscle mass and strength.
