The Juniors trained the lower body beginning with 300 jump ropes by simply unwinding and lunge with over head squats to open the shoulder joints and lower knee joints.. As a junior player, it is not too difficult, but it requires concentration and mental power. During various exercises such as uphill running and jumping, the heart rate was kept high and the lower body muscles were squeezed until breaking point.
