The third week of camp it is amazing to our "Next Level" holiday camp junior improve exponentially. They are learning really fast and the swing is getting more consistent. We separated the students into groups to have sessions to learn the importance of mental in golf, with an explanation by coach John and the use of a focus band. We tested how we are able to use our brain to focus and our imagination to visualize and commit to the shot.
We used Capto indoor for putting. We were looking at variables, clubface at impact, track of the putt, tempo, hands trembling and more.
Skill set stations with each players goals were set out as well.
