Golf fitness for better performance

With a new year and no upcoming tournaments for our students. We have really used this time to optimise fitness so our students were able swing freely with no injuries and better performance.



Colin has been mixing up with plyometrics, dynamics and fast twitch muscle fibres to really bring out an athletic strong golf swing.


Better performance in the gym equates better performance in golf game.
