All of our students drove to Brisbane Brookwater Golf Club to have a lesson with Ian Triggs. It will be within our ANK program to have a one-point and check up lesson for each student. Thank you Ian Triggs for spending your precious time to give your knowledge and wisdom to our students.
Ian started the lesson by teaching and explaining the club selection during short games. Too many players just take sand wedge whatever the lie is. Club selection is essential for approaches around the green, some times depending on the lie we learnt that using leading edge or mid bounce, high shot and low shot. Ian explained the club and weight adjustments depending on the grain and the slope and lie of the ball.
Ian Triggs also helped on each player putting technique and the mental aspects of putting. Believing and committing on the putt, trusting the lie and react.
