Morning fitness and Dyanmic stretching

Gold coast is starting to enter into winter now. It gets quite chilly in the morning and need to open up the wardrobe for the thicker pullovers. As it gets cold now heading into winter it's essential to warm our body and stretch correctly before performing the golf swing. Saturday morning we gathered all our students together in the guide of Trainer Colin we engaged in dynamic stretching and go our body temperature up.

All stay warm and get the heart rate up so we don't injure ourselves.

Warm-up is as important as actual practice.
