Pilates Classes
Hello this is Coach John
All our students are in season preparing for their tournaments and fine-tuning their game to improve every day. We have added a new fitness training to our program - Pilates. Incorporating pilates for our students will really help with keeping their bodies in shape and developing their core muscles.
Health benefits of pilates are:
improved flexibility;
increased muscle tone and strength, particularly the abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the 'core muscles' of your body);
balanced muscular strength on both sides of the body;
and enhanced muscular control of your back and limbs.
Thank you to our instructor Emma for helping our students become better and stronger golfers.
