TPI Fitness

Well done to our Head Trainer Colin on passing the TPI Fitness Course. TPI is designed to enhance golf bio mechanic movements and the prevention of injury while creating a more efficient kinematic sequence to increase overall power.

Each program is specific to each students needs as the body screen will reveal which area of the athletes body is lacking in mobility or stability. The student is then given a program to improve movement which will then improve their golf swing.
