Sarah
Swing Analysis
___
Swing technical change was not needed. She had a good technique but her lower body was not stable to make a consistent ball striking.
- Practice with a soft rubber ball or bucket in between her legs (attached video)
Chipping
- She knows how to hit low and high chips. Simply more a ball position to change a ball flight and she practiced really well. Also her eyes should follow a ball not staying on the ground.
- Please let her practice with a good purpose. Each day she can aim to achieve a small goal and make sure she make it through.
Putting
- Her elbow was apart from the body. Closer elbows and practiced many drills such as:
1. Monkey tail (10 tees around a hole. Start from 3 feet and next tee adding a foot length. So last tee will be 12 feet)
2. 3, 6, 9 (Playing 9 holes around the green. All Par 2, if you miss a put, you have to lengthen a putter length away to the hole. 3 holes x 3 steps away, 3 holes x 6 steps away and 3 holes x 9 steps away)
On Course
No one likes to hit a mis shot. However we always make a good recovery. If Sarah can play more golf and learn how to make a good recovery and get her game lifted, she will have a good change to play good round. Positive over re action will help her to improve her emotion level to stay in middle. Please chat to her in supportive manner after her round and let her release her stresses on the course.
