Assessment

• Terry’s has two main areas of focus. First is his swing sway/slide and second is his fitness.

• His TPI fitness score is just average for the academy and he can still greatly improve in this area.

 

Cure

• Terry’s swing has had a fault for some time now. The main area is sway/slide which is sway on the back swing and slide to get back to the ball through the hitting zone.

• As a result he is out of sequence for his upper body takes over and Terry comes over the top and slices the ball.

• Terry really needs to focus on a centre balanced swing and improve his kinematic sequence

Summary

• Terry has the ability to hit the ball a long way however his technique holds back at time and he shows inconsistency with his results. The same kinematic sequence works with not only the long game but also the short game so if he improves in this area then his whole game will become more consistent.
