As all the competition in the season commenced our students are grinding harder, building stronger golf muscles to be able to perform. During this time we will be spending a lot of time in the gym and swing technique changes to further develop our game. Golf fitness is very important for all players not just to prevent injuries but build flexibility and power. The generation of golf has been evolved and is constantly evolving. Distance, strength and speed is such an important factor in this game. The courses we play are getting longer and players are hitting longer. At our ANK we want to keep our mind and body healthy to able score and hold that power through out.
