Fitness Tennis

Good morning all.

As the Gold coast moves to winter, our body is getting stiff and lazy. The bed in the morning seems impossible to get out and the body feeling heavier. To keep our athletes fit and focused during training we reincorporated tennis into our training regime. Tennis is a great exercise to get the blood pumping in our body and keep the heart-healthy. Hand-eye coordination is very important. Breaking some sweat and working on agilty is good to mix up the training regime.
