Golf fitness has been really stressed over the last few weeks with our students. As we are preparing for upcoming big tournaments and Thailand it is already expected to be a hot and long marathon. Four weeks leading to Thailand we have to not only prepare our golf game but physical endurance. Keeping in shape and having enough energy to finish the two practice rounds and three-day tournament in another hot country will be a challenge.
In today's fitness, we focused on Core, lower body and triceps.
Correct from was stressed. Engaging in the correct muscles contracting and relaxation.
Balance core, Strength and Endurance are the main factors we attempted to achieve.
