Golf Specific Fitness

ANK players will conduct golf fitness with Ryan Trainer after morning and afternoon golf training. On this day, our players did power training and endurance training. After the muscle growth exercise, they finish by stretching.

It takes a lot of hard work and sweat to become a professional golfer. Once you have chosen the path of an athlete, you must endure some kind of hard fitness training. The hard work you put in, the result comes back.
