Saturday Fitness

Hello this is ANK Academy

We Always kick start Saturday morning with fitness.

With trainer Colin the senior group had high-intensity leg training.

Started off with one-legged star jumps back and forward the stair to warm up the muscles.

Then went to the gym to pump some iron. Squats, lunge and deadlifts were performed to really burn the muscles. Finished the fitness with three sets of kettlebell swings.

As a golfer, it's not just the golfer that is important but the fitness side which is as important.

Through fitness we can gain more distance, less injury and endurance to overcome a week of tournaments.
