AnK athletes finished their 18-holes of golf every day to strengthen their physical strength, and immediately began training for the 4.5 km continuous running course at 4 o'clock. The running course warms up from the putting green on the Palms Golf Course and goes along the cart path to the Sanctuary Cove residential complex, passes through the Sanctuary Cove Marina, and returns to the putting green through the golf course entrance. Although there is not much uphill running, it is difficult to complete in the first 3 days because it is quite a distance. AnK players who are strengthening their basic fitness for their golf and will be able to maintain focus for longer periods during a round.
