MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Fitness with Coach Colin

Coach Colin did the speed training with the players on Saturday completing 100 meter running and yo-yo test and finish with long distance jogging. Everybody did their best and showed their active spirit in the morning and trained hard. In terms of physical strength, the Japanese player Jay was the best, and his speed was the best in the male and female group. Everyone worked hard and put in a big effort.
