We gathered the student together and started the session by asking the students a few questions on their perspective of what mental in golf is. The four questions we asked the students were.

What do you think is the most important aspects of your mental game?
After breaking down each student's thoughts of their conception of mental in golf we explained what each of the stats and graph indicates.
We tested and played around with the statistics and designed a preshot routine to follow.
Then taking it onto the practice range, knowing when to perfectly visualise and execute the shots.
